The Temples Company is a full-service commercial real estate firm licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida, that provides professional real estate expertise in the marketing, selection, and management of retail, commercial, industrial, and investment grade properties.

SoutheastSince its beginning in 1992, The Temples Company has provided professional real estate services to retail, industrial, and investment clients in Georgia, South Carolina, and north Florida. The Temples Company has a philosophy of "have car- will travel" and as a result, we have worked in almost every market, including the smaller rural markets that many commercial-only real estate firms do not serve.

Traditionally, about 40% of our transactions are derived from the selection and acquisition of sites for clients, and about 40% from the marketing of surplus properties for clients. The remainder of our business comes from investment properties, management and consultations, for example, performing Market Value Analysis (MVA's) for clients who are considering either opening or closing a location in a selected market. The Temples Company is involved in listing, selling, purchasing and leasing in around 150 transactions in 50 plus cities in at least three states each year. Our firm has been built on repeat business. An analysis of our 2009 and 2010 transactions revealed that in 89% of these transactions, we had previously done business with either the seller/landlord or the purchaser/tenant.
